Mumbai to California , Toral Chopra has had a long and beautiful journey in fashion. She started her career in 1995, where she made a name for herself designing luxurious wedding trousseau in Mumbai,India. She then moved to the United States in 1998, where her passion for fashion motivated her to restart TC Urban Couture in 2020. We are Bay Area's only exclusive boutique which showcases the work of India's most talented designer Papa Don't Preach by Shubhika.
