The Shri Navagraha Devasthanam of North America Inc, is a 501 (c) 3 organization registered in the State of New York, has been formed with a vision to create Temples fostering the Vedic Culture and Heritage of Spiritual Philosophy in North America, This Project Plan is to have 9 (nine) Temples that will be dedicated to the NAVAGRAHAs’ (9 Planets which determine our life style on day to day basis) established in 9 Major cities of United States of America OR in ONE Temple Complex in New York. The Temple will have their roots that emerge from the power of the teachings of Hinduism, the most ancient ‘way of life’. This project seeks to create a Temple complex, a unique community space that can house, inspire, disseminate, and support the spiritual & Cultural scene and elevate the understanding of spirituality. The first Navagraha Temple is dedicated to LORD SANEESWARA / SHRI SHANI DEV / SHRI SHANI MAHARAJ, which has been consecrated in the City of New York. This is the ‘first’ SHANI DEV (MANDIR) Temple in the world outside INDIA. Salient Features of the Project: The Temple will have multiple branches in North America OR Multiple Temples in ONE TEMPLE COMPLEX and have facilities for spiritual services, religious rituals, education, events production, and creative endeavors to achieve simultaneous goals, which are: ?
