Panini Bakery is a small, family-owned business conveniently located in Dallas near the Park Cities.Pastry Chef and Owner Jeff Rotundo started Panini Wedding Cakes in 1994 after many years of working in hotels, restaurants and corporate settings. In 2000 the retail location of Panini Bakery was opened, and over the years has become a tradition for many families throughout the area."I think the biggest compliments we receive are from the couples whose wedding cakes we made, who now come to us for their baby shower cakes, then christening cakes, and then their babies' birthday cakes. It's fun for us to see the families evolve, and we are happy to be part of their celebrations over the years!" Jeff was joined early on by the very talented Pastry Chef Juan de la Paz.
