Kinjal''s Kreations is a brand new catering company for me to share everything I enjoy with anyone else who is interested. Everyone has a hobby or a passion in something that turns their frown into a captivating smile. Since I was a child, cooking and learning about food in every aspect has been "my time, my space." As I grew older and got more experience, I realized that my kitchen had become my get away, but now I could use that to bring smiles to others. From everything I observe and experiment, I create my own recipes from scratch that are 100% Swaminarayan friendly (no onion, garlic, eggs, meat products, fish products, gelatin, lecithin, or alcohol). On my free time, you can find me running around in a kitchen with my apron on, mixing and matching ingredients that are just laying around. With a sprinkle here, dash there and pinch over there, I try to create a variety of dishes
