He has studied for over 18 years and has prepared meals for small and large events alike. He is known for bold flavors and balanced presentations. His specialties include exotic protein displays as well as healthy options that taste amazing. Chef works hard to please the taste buds of his clients. He uses local produce, in-season and has a team of prep cooks and servers to accommodate any size party.Chef Rashaun understands the intricacies of creating meals that are diverse, complex and unique to accommodate all that experience his creations. Our team includes Executive Administrator Jenelle Thompson and Tim Johnson, Business Development Manager. They help coordinate our services for events ranging from birthdays to corporate retreats. We work closely with event planners and individuals to craft the perfect presentation and style for the refreshments at their event
