Kayastha Kitchen is situated in Madison, New Jersey. This initiative comes straight from my heart to your stomach..while my friends and family are from our pyaari Dilli and our deep love for meats and Kaathi rolls. The NYC Kaathi Roll n Co doesn’t satiate our pallet. Thus inspired me to pick up my apron and spices to slow cook the meats and tender veggies to make mouthwatering finger licking Kaathis. I''m not saying this with arrogance but with utter humility and humbleness that all the folks enjoy the food. I make from my heart.
